The state of art  hull and deck are the work of the Berret Racoupeau design office. Their design is aesthetically pleasing and attractive and includes sea keeping qualities. The beauty of the Océanis 43 woodwork, remarkable fittings, and flowing beautiful lines attract attention at first glance on the water. When sailing at sea the comfort and performance due to the feel of the heel is remarkable. It has a well balanced with a fine bow profile that delivers real power and performance.

The cockpit is extremely practical, it is a nice size and the deck gear is well positioned so maneuvering is very easy.  There are two steering consoles each with smart stainless steel handrail capable of holding navigation instruments. The large side windows made from Plexiglas help to emphasis the flowing lines of the yacht and provide light for the interior.
The deck is sandwich construction made from balsa and glass fibre which enhances strength and the weight ratio as well as providing sound and heat insulation.
